The East Rochester School District uses the Monroe County Schools Professional (Common) Application .

Substitute applications must include the following:

A copy of the completed Monroe County Schools Professional Application.
A placement file (or transcripts and written recommendations).
A copy of all NYS Teacher Certificates.
Resume and Cover Letter.
