A note to parents... Regular communication has begun with
some parents via an e-mail mailing list. Each week the instrumental
music/lessons schedule is sent, as are reminders about upcoming
events and other information. If you wish to be included in this
mailing, please click
here. |

understanding of music and/or increased proficiency on
their instruments. |

Music
Dictionary |
This dictionary is so
complete that when I tried to copy some of it into
MSWord, the letter "A" took 24 pages. |
|
Metronome |
An online metronome ideal
for quick and easy use while practicing music. This
music tool helps with your tempo selections and
maintaining a steady beat. |
| Tuner
(requires microphone) |
We work very hard on
training by ear and not sight, but a tuner is still a
valuable tool--especially when it is used to work on
producing a steady tone. There are a number of
downloadable tuners, and this one appears to be one of
the best. All that I have found (including this one)
offer a free download and trial period, but require
purchase for continued use. |
