The team at East Rochester Schools has been busy this summer, preparing for the upcoming school year. We are happy to begin gradually welcoming students back during athletic events and student orientations. We can't wait to see everybody back on campus Tuesday, September 6 for the first day of school! 

New teaching staff was welcomed last week during their own orientation, getting to know each other and the district through a number of activities and professional development opportunities! 

Thank you to Urban Suburban for helping us welcome our new students and their families during orientation. We are happy to welcome our new Bombers and are looking forward to an amazing school year! 

It's been great to see our fall athletes out on the field, working hard to practice for the upcoming season. 

Mark your calendar:
- School pictures for students in grades PK-5 will be taken Wednesday, September 21, and pictures for students in grades 6-12 will be taken Thursday, September 22 and Friday, September 23. Picture make-up day will be Wednesday, October 26.

- Elementary families are invited to come visit the school on Wednesday, September 21 to meet with teachers and building leaders from 6-7:30 p.m. 

- MLA and High School families are invited to the Block Party Open House on Thursday, September 22 at 5 p.m.
