East Rochester Seniors were honored during this year’s Moving Up Day (MUD), a long-standing celebration of school spirit. The day’s events included the recognition and crowning of the MUD Court—congratulations to this year’s Queen and King!

A highlight of the ceremony was the unveiling of the 2025 Yearbook dedication. This year, the honor was awarded to two outstanding ER staff members: Sara Brownell and Madison Klidonas.

In a spirited show of class pride, the Freshman, Sophomore, and Junior classes performed songs in tribute to the Class of 2025. The Junior Class not only led the annual “passing of the spade” tradition in honor of the seniors, but also earned top honors in the song competition.

Following the ceremony, students enjoyed an afternoon of festivities in the gymnasium.
