Information Technology and Communications

The East Rochester Information Technology and Communications Department plays a vital role in supporting both the digital infrastructure and communication needs of the district. Our state-of-the-art computing network empowers administrators, faculty, staff, and students to effectively use a wide range of electronic devices, including PCs, laptops, Chromebooks, and iPads, ensuring students are prepared for success beyond graduation. Classrooms are equipped with projectors and Smartboards, enabling educators to deliver engaging, interactive lessons that incorporate rich online resources. In addition, mobile computing carts throughout the district provide students with tools to collaborate, research, and communicate using internet-connected technology. Beyond technology, the Communications team is dedicated to keeping the school community informed and connected by sharing news, events, and achievements from across the district.
