Seven students from East Rochester High School have been selected by the Urban League of Rochester as 2023 Black Scholar honorees.
The Urban League of Rochester Black Scholars program has provided academic recognition, college readiness assistance, and scholarship incentives to students who achieve and maintain a "B" or better average throughout high school.
