NYSSBA sponsors School Board Recognition Week to recognize school board members for their commitment to New York public school children. This year, School Board Recognition Week falls during the week of October 17-21.
To recognize and thank the ER Board of Education for their dedication to the District, students at the elementary, middle and high schools wrote letters of gratitude to board members. The letters were presented to the Board during the October 11 Board of Education meeting.
The Board was also presented with certificates by the Superintendent, recognizing the hard work and the time the board members dedicate to help the students in the District excel.
